Project Overview

New Williams Landing Railway Station

A $120 million State Government funded project to extend the Palmers Road overpass beyond the Princes Freeway and across the Werribee rail line to provide a direct road link between Point Cook and Williams Landing.

The Palmers Road extension is a key element of a major transport integration project which includes construction of the new Williams Landing premium railway station. The overpass and road extension will directly link with the station and Williams Landing town centre.

Major works started in September 2011 and are due for completion in early 2013.
