CHALLENGES: Deliver a precast building made up of 65 panels every 4 days on a constantly changing and developing site while maintaining a high level of safety.
SOLUTIONS: Our planning and operations team had to work together with our clients to meticulously plan out the installation program to meet the project timeline. While it may seem like our LTM 1250-5.1 is the star of the show, it is really our people who played the most important roles in this project.
