Project Overview
CHALLENGE: On this featured lift the Premier team helped move an overhead beam interfering with the standard rigging arrangement, on site at the Westgate Tunnel Project.
OUTCOMES: #TeamLifting hits a new level as the Premier team thinks outside the box when planning this dual lift. After some consulting with the client’s precast team, a new arrangement was approved to allow a dual lift with our MAC25 Franna Pick and Carry Cranes. Working within a tight area with restricted head height due to temporary support steel, this precise lift was completed to allow the successful installation of a precast plank.
