Positioned on 7.1 hectares, Nexus will eventually comprise approximately 55,000 square metres of high quality office space in campus style environs and 21 high quality office/warehouse units.
The first project to be completed at Nexus, the Nexus Business Park was designed to appeal to tenants, investors and owner-occupiers. The units offer a practical use of space within a professional corporate exterior and a large basement car park. They also benefit from high exposure to passing traffic.
