CHALLENGE: An enormous Coca Cola packing machine worth $4 million and weighing 35T required a straight lift off heavy transport and shifting simultaneously.
SOLUTION: Our team of engineers and field crew worked together to come up with a complex lift plan. We designed a rigging diagram using the center of gravity of the machine in order to straight lift the load before shifting it. Adding a 3 spreader bar lifting arrangement and slings that basketed the load, prevented any damage to the machine. The Premier team handled a safe lift off the truck and skated the load into position inside the factory.
