Project Overview
CHALLENGES: To lift and transport 14.5t concrete batch plant silos from Boral’s Albion depo to their holding yard for shortage. Their overall size, weight and transport requirements meant that a dual lift was the most practical solution.
OUTCOMES: A dual lift was required involving our Terex Franna AT40 and MAC25 cranes along with our experienced riggers on the ground. Careful planning was the key to execute this lift requiring coordination for millimetre perfect precision. Premier not only supplied the cranes and riggers but also the trucks and trailers for transport too.
