Project Overview
CHALLENGE: Located iconically in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD, each visit had to be scheduled and well-considered. We worked with tight access in the back lane and utilised the full capacity of our crane and fly within this narrow space.
OUTCOMES: Our design team modelled the proposed lifts in CAD and provided our builder with lift plans before the scheduled works. By scheduling the same crew, they established a good understanding of the site restrictions, considerations of the live pedestrian traffic and the close proximity of all the surrounding buildings. This ensured we safely and efficiently carried out the planned lifts.
