CHALLENGES: On this featured lift, the Premier planning team collaborated with our client Markson until a solution was identified. A unique concept of apartment construction. Key challenges included working within a tight narrow inner Melbourne residential area and its usual impediments, including overhead power lines and a tight setup.
OUTCOMES: Premier planned for the best possible lifting solution applying particular attention to the environmental detail. A tight setup, narrow residential street access, and power line considerations all completed safely.
