Project Overview

CHALLENGES: Adhere to the tight maintenance shutdown required by our client Boral.

SOLUTIONS: To maximise productivity on-site and complete the required lifts within the scheduled maintenance shutdown, preparation was key. Prior to the job we completed site visits to establish exact crane setup locations, provided detailed lift plans and program based on using our LTM1100. The fast mobilisation time of the LTM1100 meant it was able to set up and start lifting within an hour of arriving onsite. The job was completed within the allocated time frame meaning the plant could be up and running again.
